Electron Company held a year-end celebration on January 4, 2019. All of Davo's employees and company leaders gathered together for
a party.

At the beginning of the Celebration, the company's founder, Yonghua Zhou, sent a congratulatory message to all employees, expressed his
recognition and affirmation for all employees' efforts and achievements in 2019, and expressed their deepest blessings to employees and their
families. In the speech of Mr. Zhou, he shared a small story in the famous celebrity Zeng Guofan ’s self-cultivation scripture, telling employees
to tolerate things, have an inclusive mentality, thinking from a different angle, and point out that this era is changing rapidly. In 2020 we need to
embrace change, love change, and create change.

The second part of the celebration: employee work summary

All employees went to the podium to summarize the work in 2019, comprehensively reviewed the achievements made in 2019, analyzed the
current development situation and deficiencies in their work, and planned the work in 2020.

Then Ms. Wu, the general manager, clarified the company's development strategy plan for the next 10 years and explained the company's mission, vision,
and values.

The Fourth part of the celebration: Programs Show

The programs of this celebration were wonderful and dizzying. Vibrant opening dances, enchanting Indian dances, beautiful female soloists, as well as magical

The Fifth part of the celebration: Seafood Dinner

After the performance of the show, all the employees gathered in Shenzhen Baoan Zhongtian Ramada Hotel to enjoy seafood and delicious dishes. The food
is enticing and the variety is plentiful. In this party, everyone toasted each other and shared with each other eagerly the interesting
things in life and work, and the gains and experiences of the past year.

The glorious 2019 has passed, and 2020 full of hope and challenge is quietly coming. In the past year, we have smiled, struggled, and harvested. In the face of
